Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead center-store operations and staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to train and empower team members, ensure accurate inventory, conduct audits, and maintain strong vendor relationships to keep products available. You will supervise daily tasks, safety processes, and service tickets while serving as a member of the store leadership team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership capabilities are required.
• Experience in training, coaching, and engaging staff.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and drive performance in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability to drive center store operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to train and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Conduct store walks, follow safety processes, and log service tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Resolve guest concerns and participate in leadership team duties.
