Job summary

Casey's General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations and engage the store team, delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will train, guide, and empower teammates while ensuring accurate inventory, audits, and timely vendor check-ins to maintain product availability. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will oversee center store activities, manage tasks and safety processes, and step in as needed to support the leadership team, always prioritizing

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities under Store Manager supervision.
• Ensure daily task lists are completed and safety processes followed.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from Store Manager.
• Respond to guest concerns and keep Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in when needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as required.
