Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment to drive center-store operations.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities under Store Manager supervision, ensuring
• Ensure daily task lists are completed.
• Perform daily store walks and enforce safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to service; keep the Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
