Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center store operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities; ensure daily task lists are completed.
• Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to service; keep Store Manager informed.
• Serve on store leadership team and step in when needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as required.
