Job summary

Casey's Center Store Manager location: Iowa. Casey's is seeking a hands-on leader to drive operational excellence and engage the team while partnering with the Store Manager.

You will train, guide, and empower staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensure accurate inventory, conduct audits, manage invoices, and maintain vendor relationships. You will lead daily tasks, perform store walks, and oversee center store activities, stepping in for leadership when needed, while performing

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability within the center of the store.
• Partner with Store Manager to train and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities and ensure daily task completion.
• Maintain safety processes and complete store walks.
• Manage inventory and daily financial bookwork under Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and escalate as needed.
• Fill in for leadership when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as required.
