Job summary

Casey in Dysart, IA is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead center store operations and engage the team to deliver a standout guest experience. You’ll train, guide, and empower staff, manage inventory, audits, and invoices, and partner closely with the Store Manager to maintain excellent product availability.

This hands-on leadership role requires focus on safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction while driving daily tasks and leadership presence across the center of the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities and ensure daily task lists are completed.
• Conduct daily store walks and follow safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service and keep the Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when other leaders are unavailable.
• Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
