Casey’s Center Store Manager role focuses on leading the center store with accountability, training, and guest-first service. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to guide a team, manage inventories, audits, and vendor check-ins, and ensure smooth daily operations.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, driving performance, and a strong guest experience while maintaining safety and operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower the center store team to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee daily center store activities, ensuring task lists, safety processes, and service tickets are completed.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork under Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Participate in store leadership activities and cover for other leaders as required.
