Job summary

Casey's Center Store Manager role focuses on hands-on leadership to drive operational excellence and team engagement in the center store. You will train, guide, and empower team members while maintaining accurate inventory, audits, and vendor check-ins to ensure product availability and guest satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead daily tasks, safety processes, and store walks, while managing invoices and ensuring financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team coaching experience.
• Experience managing inventory and audits.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and staff.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead accountability and empowerment in center store operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities, ensuring daily task lists and safety processes are followed.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from Store Manager.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and cover for other leaders when needed.
• Perform all Store Team Member duties as required.
