Job summary

SpartanNash in Vicksburg, MI is seeking a Center Store Lead to manage day-to-day department operations in a busy retail store. You will supervise staff, ensure inventory control, and uphold freshness, quality, and safety standards.

You will review orders, train associates, execute flight plans, manage scheduling and payroll-related expenses, and drive customer satisfaction through effective merchandising and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and bookkeeping skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day department operations in a retail store.
• Train and develop associates; manage staffing and scheduling.
