Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a retail setting with team supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication and bookkeeping skills.
• Solid knowledge of retail store operations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day department operations to meet company standards.
• Train and supervise associates; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Maintain inventory, execute markdowns, and prevent loss.
• Review received orders for quality, quantity and storage conditions.
• Ensure product freshness, rotation, and date-sensitive handling.
• Monitor flight plans, forecasts and KPIs with department manager.
• Uphold food safety, safety guidelines, and guest experience standards.
• Participate in daily huddles and storewide meetings.
