Job summary

Casey’s General Stores is seeking a Center Store Manager to drive operational excellence and lead a team in the center of the store. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to train and empower staff, ensure accurate inventory, and maintain vendor relationships to support product availability.

You’ll guide daily tasks, store walks, safety processes, and issue resolution, serving as part of the leadership team while performing core Store Team Member duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Clear, effective communication is required.
• Experience training and coaching teams to improve performance.
• Hands-on leadership focusing on guest experience and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center of the store.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities: complete daily task lists and store walks.
• Ensure safety processes and service tickets are followed.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
