Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead the center store operations, drive inventory accuracy, and maintain vendor relationships while mentoring the team.

You will partner with the Store Manager to train staff, manage daily tasks, ensure safety, and deliver a superior guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center store.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns and keep the Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in when needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as required.
