Job summary

Casey is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead center store operations with hands-on leadership, driving guest experience and daily tasks under the Store Manager's guidance. You will train and coach team members, oversee inventory counts, audits, and vendor interactions to ensure product availability, while maintaining safety and service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Starting pay range is $16.00 - $18.95 per hour; actual pay varies with KSAs and internal equity.

• Experience leading store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving.
• Experience with inventory and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead center store operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Train, coach, and engage team members.
• Ensure daily task lists, store walks, and safety processes are followed.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep Store Manager informed.
• Assist as part of the store leadership team when needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as required.
