Casey is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead the center store with a hands-on approach, driving operational excellence and team engagement. You will train, guide, and empower staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience, while ensuring accurate inventory, audits for compliance, and timely vendor check-ins.

Starting pay is $14.00–$16.10 per hour, with actual pay varying by KSAs, experience, and qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Lead with accountability and empowerment in center-store operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center-store activities and ensure daily tasks and safety processes are completed.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep Store Manager informed.
• Lead when other leaders are unavailable and perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
