Casey is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations in the center store, partnering with the Store Manager to train and engage the team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee inventory, audits, invoices, and vendor interactions to maintain product availability and financial integrity.

Starting hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.10, with the potential for higher compensation based on KSAs, experience, and internal equity.

Responsabilités

• Lead with accountability and empower operations within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Resolve guest concerns related to team member service and keep the Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in when needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
