Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment, guiding center store operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities, ensure daily tasks and safety processes are followed.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain strong guest experience.
• Be part of the store leadership team and step in when needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as required.
