Job summary

Casey’s General Stores is seeking a Center Store Manager to be a hands-on leader, driving operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. You’ll train, guide, and empower team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience while partnering with the Store Manager.

You’ll be accountable for accurate inventory, audits for compliance, managing invoices, completing daily bookwork, and vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead center store operations with accountability.

• Address guest concerns and communicate with Store Manager.
• Lead when other leaders are unavailable.
• Perform store team member duties as needed.
