Job summary

Casey is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead and develop the center store team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong operational performance. You will partner with the Store Manager to train staff, manage daily tasks, and maintain inventory accuracy, safety standards, and vendor relations.

You will drive accountability, resolve guest concerns, and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable, while performing Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower center store team within the store.
• Work with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage teammates.
• Oversee daily tasks and store walks, safety processes, and ticketing.
• Manage inventory counts and daily bookwork with supervisor oversight.
• Resolve guest concerns and keep leadership informed.
• Fill in for other leaders when needed and perform Store Team Member duties.
