SpartanNash West Fargo location is seeking a Part-Time Center Store Lead to manage daily department operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead a team in stocking and merchandising. You will oversee ad items, promotions, and flight plans while supporting scheduling and payroll within company guidelines.

The role requires strong communication, basic bookkeeping, and proficiency with MS Office. Spanish skills are a plus depending on location, with focus on store-wide safety and customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and bookkeeping skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Spanish language skills desirable depending on location.

Responsabilités

• Order and maintain inventory in the department and minimize loss through proper markdowns and inventory control.
• Review and validate received orders for amount, quality, count/weight, and condition.
• Lead a team to complete stocking, production, and related tasks ensuring quality and correct rotation.
• Maintain familiarity with store products and ad items; execute weekly flight plans and promotions.
• Assist in scheduling, labor control, overtime, and payroll expense for the department.
• Support safety, food safety, and housekeeping guidelines and department goals.
