Job summary

Food Lion in Norwood, NC is seeking an associate to assist the Center Store Manager in delivering quality customer service in the Grocery department. You will help train and schedule the stock crew, ensure stock and shelf standards, and follow safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes accurate merchandising, policy adherence, and a strong customer focus to reduce shrink and improve store performance. Training through CBT and on-the-job coaching will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
