Job summary

Casey’s in Wahpeton, ND is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead the center of the store, drive operational excellence, and engage the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and empower staff, while ensuring accurate inventories, audits, and timely vendor check-ins.

You will oversee tasks, safety procedures, and daily bookwork, stepping in to lead when needed and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment, influencing operational activities within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities, ensuring daily task lists are completed.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when other leaders are unavailable.
• Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
