Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years retail experience preferred; ability to manage tasks and people.
• Knowledge of retail operations, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Order and maintain department inventory, with proper markdowns and freshness.
• Review received orders for amount, quality, weight, and condition.
• Manage a team to stock, produce, and maintain product quality and rotation.
• Maintain familiarity with products in the department and store, including ads and promotions.
• Support scheduling, labor control, and payroll expenses for the department.
• Ensure safety, food safety, guest experience, and department goals are met.
