Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cut and weigh steaks, chops, and other items for individual servings.
• Review received orders for amount, quality, and weight; store accordingly.
• Assist manager in staffing, training, scheduling, and payroll control.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor planograms, promotions, and pricing; support customer experience.
