Job summary

Eckerd Connects is seeking a CSI Assistant at the Laredo Job Corps Center to support the CSI Manager in administering the center's behavior management system and to help collect, generate, and maintain attendance and scheduling data.

The role involves coordinating attendance documentation and ensuring consistent reporting across disciplinary activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree with at least one year's experience working with young adults preferred; Job Corps experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists CSI Manager in administering the center behavior management system and maintains scheduling and attendance data.
• Coordinates all center documentation related to student attendance.
• Reviews behavioral reports for consistency with rules and informs supervisor of irregularities.
• Monitors class attendance reports.
• Prepares statistical reports for Monthly Management Report and other disciplinary statistics.
• Ensures proper recording and documentation of disciplinary systems and compliance with Job Corps policies.

Service Contract Act (SCA) Position

Hourly Rate: $17.20

Duties and Responsibilities

• CSI Assistant assists the CSI Manager in administering the center behavior management system. Collects, generates, and maintains center data related to scheduling and attendance.
• CSI Assistant coordinates all center documentation related to student attendance.
• Reviews all behavioral reports for consistency and conformity to the rules; informs supervisor of irregularities.
• Assists in monitoring all class attendance reports.
• Assists in preparation of all statistical reports necessary in compiling the Monthly Management Report, and other statistics concerning disciplinary activities
• Ensures proper recording and documentation of all disciplinary systems and that Job Corps policies and guidelines are followed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree with at least one year's experience working with young adults preferred; Job Corps experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred.
• Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check.
