LifeSkills Connection Inc. seeks a Security Manager to supervise daily operations of the Safety, Security and Transportation Department, ensuring safety for students, staff and property. The role reports to the Center Director and enforces the Zero Tolerance policy.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or higher, 2+ years in security or safety with supervisory experience, and OSHA background. This exempt, full-time position requires availability for all shifts during a 24/7 operation.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of security procedures.
• Two years' broad-based civilian, military security or fire prevention and safety experience, one of which was in a supervisory capacity.
• OSHA Safety standards background.

Mansioni

• Adhere to policies and procedures and Center Operating Procedures.
• Supervise staff and approve time off and timesheets.
• Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations under policy.
• Perform safety and security checks and incident documentation.
• Coordinate with emergency response organizations.
