Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma; two years work-related experience; may require a Guard Card.
• Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in criminal justice; safety certifications; law enforcement experience.
• Knowledge of investigative techniques, riot and crowd control, and law enforcement procedures; valid state driver’s license; CPR/FA certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Safety and Security Department to ensure safety.
• Serve as the center’s designated safety and occupational health officer.
• Enforces policies and procedures; maintains confidentiality; reports significant events.
• Conducts security checks, patrols, incident documentation, and coordinates emergency responses.
