Career Systems Development Corporation in Georgia is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Safety and Security Department, ensuring safety for students, staff, property and the surrounding community.

You will supervise staff, conduct patrols, handle incident reports, and coordinate emergency responses while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with center policies and state requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of work-related experience.
• Guard Card or ability to obtain per State requirements.
• Knowledge of investigative techniques and law enforcement procedures.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid State driver’s license; CPR/FA certificates.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to supervise safety and security operations and respond to emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Model the Company Core Values and operating principles at all times.
• Supervise day-to-day Safety and Security operations.
• Screen staff, students, and visitors entering and exiting the site.
• Prepare reports and documents in CIS; observe student behavior and progress toward goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and report significant events to ensure safety.
• Act as Security supervisor on shift.
• Patrol assigned areas and respond to disturbances and safety hazards.
• Assist visitors, students, and staff; perform building security checks.
