Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is seeking a Center Quality Manager to implement and maintain QA processes across the donor center, coordinating with Corporate QA and reporting to the Regional Performance Manager to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a biology-related degree and 3 years in a cGMP setting with plasma/blood exposure preferred; supervisory experience is welcome, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a cGMP environment with plasma or blood exposure preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with SOP, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide advice on daily QA issues including donor suitability and product quality.
• Perform final QA review and release of shipments and documents to meet specs.
• Collaborate with the Center Director to complete audits and ensure timely closures.
• Keep the Donor Center audit-ready at all times.
• Perform staff observations and review equipment quality controls.
• Assist in non-conformance and CAPA reporting and investigations.
