Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC in Palestine, TX is seeking a Center Quality Manager to lead QA processes at the donor center, ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards while collaborating with Corporate Quality Assurance and the Regional Performance Manager.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Biological Sciences, 3 years in a cGMP setting, and MS Office proficiency; travel includes an 8-week paid training period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in a cGMP environment with plasma or blood experience preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading teams is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SOP, cGMP compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
• Advise management on daily quality assurance issues including donor suitability.
• Perform final QA review and release of shipments and documents.
• Collaborate on audits and ensure audit responses are timely.
• Ensure Donor Center is audit-ready at all times.
• Conduct staff observations and review equipment quality controls.
• Release equipment and supplies for use; quarantine and destroy unsuitable product.
• Assist in CAPA reporting, investigations, and other duties as assigned.
