Job summary

ADMA Biologics in Hammond, LA is seeking a Center Quality Manager to oversee donor center quality and ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead the QA Specialist, authorize product release, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation of shipments.

The role requires strong knowledge of cGMP, audits, data reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain regulatory readiness and drive continuous improvement within the center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with cGMP regulations and regulatory audits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assures Donor Center(s) complies with all applicable state, federal, and European Union guidelines.
• Direct responsibility for the day-to-day activities, evaluation, and training of the Quality Assurance Specialist.
• Authorizes the release of final product and has authority to stop shipment if not compliant.
• Maintains accurate labeling and documentation of shipments.
• Ensures center readiness for regulatory and customer audits.
• Tracks and trends errors, corrective actions, and approves preventative action.
