Job summary

You will coordinate a national network of partners, maintain documentation, and support training programs while working with a diverse team of geoscientists and engineers. Hybrid/onsite arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically to support programs and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage Center calendar, Google Drive, and team directory.
• Coordinate scheduling for admin/leadership team and meetings.
• Support event planning and travel logistics for nationwide activities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals, and training documentation.
