Job summary

Ally Behavior Centers in Fredericksburg, VA, is seeking a motivated manager to oversee daily operations at our ABA therapy center. You will lead with attention to detail, wearing multiple hats to maintain high standards and a positive work environment.

You will coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and staff support, while ensuring billing accuracy and staff development. Travel across Virginia may be required; relocation to Fredericksburg metro area may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a service environment.
• Strong communication with families and staff.
• Attention to detail and organized note taking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with parents and families enrolled in the program.
• Onboarding new clients and hosting center tours.
• Approve sick leave and vacation requests for employees.
• Validate the accuracy of center schedules.
• Hold clinicians accountable for submitting session notes within 24 hours.
• Ensure accuracy of billing through clinical note audits.
• Maintain employee certifications and credentials.
• Document management for clients and employees.
• Ensure adherence to budget for center purchases.
• Coordinate with insurance/billing regarding client authorizations.
• Coordinate with talent acquisition on staffing needs.
• Maintain staff birthdays and organize team-building events.
