Ally Behavior Centers is seeking a motivated, self-starter for a full-time Center Operations Manager role in the Richmond area. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with families, clinicians, and departments, and take initiative to improve center performance with strong attention to detail.

The position requires administrative leadership, multi-location coordination, willingness to relocate within the Richmond metro area, and a proactive, customer-service oriented approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at the therapy center and coordinate between parents, staff, and programs.
• Onboard new clients and host center tours.
• Manage sick leave and vacation requests for employees.
• Validate center schedules and ensure timely session notes.
• Ensure accurate billing through clinical note audits.
• Maintain staff certifications and credentials.
• Oversee document management for clients and employees.
• Monitor center purchases to meet budget requirements.
• Coordinate with insurance/billing and talent acquisition teams as needed.
• Plan staff recognition events and team-building activities.

Ally Behavior is a full‑time, center‑based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated self‑starter to join our team in a managerial & administrative role and be responsible for daily operations at our therapy center. The right candidate will have extremely strong attention to detail, be professional, energetic, organized, and driven. They will wear different hats and take the initiative to get things done, and will quickly pick up responsibilities and manage them independently.

COMiT Professional Development Program: Must be willing to relocate to the assigned location in the Richmond metro area upon promotion to full‑time Center Operations Manager. Must be willing to travel to multiple locations across Virginia as needed.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Managing communication with the parents and families enrolled in our program
• Onboarding new clients and hosting center tours
• Managing and approving sick leave and vacation requests for employees
• Validating the accuracy of center schedules
• Holding clinicians accountable for submitting session notes within 24 hours
• Ensuring that clinical note audits occur to maintain accuracy of billing
• Maintaining employee certifications and credentials
• Document management, both for clients and employees
• Ensuring adherence to budget requirements for center purchases
• Communicating with the insurance and billing department regarding client insurance authorizations
• Communicating with the talent acquisition department regarding any resignations or staffing needs
• Maintaining and recognizing staff birthdays and organizing team‑building events

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run or stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to reach and hold objects
• Ability to lift 30 pounds

$55,000—$60,000 USD
