Job summary

Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention ABA therapy program focused on helping children with autism develop communication, social, and academic readiness skills. The COMiT program seeks a motivated leader to manage daily operations at our therapy center in the Austin area and to champion high-quality service for families.

The role requires relocation to the Austin metro area upon promotion and willingness to travel across Texas.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate to the Austin metro area upon promotion to full-time Center Operations Manager (COMiT).
• Willing to travel to multiple locations across Texas as needed.
• Experience leading a large team with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing communication with the parents and families enrolled in our program
• Onboarding new clients and hosting center tours
• Managing and approving sick leave and vacation requests for employees
• Validating the accuracy of center schedules
• Holding clinicians accountable for submitting session notes within 24 hours
• Ensuring that clinical note audits occur to maintain accuracy of billing
• Maintaining employee certifications and credentials
• Document management, both for clients and employees
• Ensuring adherence to budget requirements for center purchases
• Communicating with the insurance and billing department regarding client insurance authorizations
• Communicating with the talent acquisition department regarding resignations or staffing needs
• Maintaining and recognizing staff birthdays and organizing team-building events
