European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily center operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will lead by example, train associates, and maintain a positive, performance-oriented culture.

You will recruit and mentor sales teams and estheticians, manage loss prevention and expenses, and organize marketing events. A dynamic, energetic leader with strong communication skills is ideal for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success with sales and customer service.
• Effective communication in guest relations, conflict resolution, coaching and presentations.
• Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and the brand.
• Outgoing, energetic, resourceful and detail oriented.
• Ability to evaluate issues, set priorities and pivot direction when needed.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure every guest has a memorable and inviting experience.
• Train and coach Associates.
• Support and enhance a positive, fun, performance-oriented workplace culture.
• Recruit, train and retain Sales Associates and Estheticians.
• Sell Wax Passes and contribute to achieving sales goals.
• Oversee loss prevention, expenses, and center cleanliness.
• Foster a positive environment that encourages new ideas and problem solving.
• Implement and execute systems and processes for high performance.
• Organize outreach and marketing events.
• Demonstrate effective training and motivational leadership to the team.
