Job summary

Planned Parenthood California Central Coast (PPCCC) is seeking a supervisory professional to optimize patient flow and support the Center Director. You will monitor wait times, coordinate staff, and enhance efficient service delivery across the health center.

Responsibilities include leading daily team briefings, coaching staff, and maintaining infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines to ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a Planned Parenthood health center or equivalent.
• Knowledge of reproductive health care.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and prioritize patient wait time and triage workflow.
• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Lead daily team brief and debrief sessions and provide coaching to staff.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and emergency guidelines are followed.
• Communicate inventory needs and assist with reporting and revenue-related tasks.
