Job summary

Sunrise Preschools in LaGrange, GA seeks an Assistant Director to lead day-to-day center operations, manage staff, and uphold program compliance. You will partner with the Center Director to ensure a safe, supportive learning environment and administrative excellence.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree, demonstrates strong organization, and a passion for developing people. You will handle scheduling, enrollment support, and financial tasks while maintaining licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in early childhood education or business or equivalent experience.
• Meet state Assistant Director licensing requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Team-oriented with willingness to support where needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff scheduling, time and attendance in ADP and coverage to meet ratios.
• Oversee daily center operations to ensure safety, consistency and compliance.
• Support financial operations and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with tours and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate administrative tasks and documentation.
