Job summary

Chroma Early Learning Academy in Alpharetta, GA seeks an experienced Childcare Center Assistant Director to guide daily operations, support staff development, and uphold high-quality learning environments. You will ensure Georgia Bright from the Start licensing compliance, drive enrollment growth, and foster strong family/community relationships.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and passionate about early childhood education, with a commitment to excellence in care and program

Qualifications

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Exceptional professional conduct and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead teacher recruitment, scheduling and interviews, and build networks for talent.
• Conduct classroom observations, evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure curriculum execution aligns with brand standards and budget.
• Train, coach and develop staff using a growth mindset.
• Manage weekly schedules and classroom ratios, and handle licensing paperwork.
• Lead tours, enroll families and maintain family communications and records.
• Oversee health, safety, and licensing compliance and liaison with licensors.
