SAGE PREP in Atlanta, GA seeks an Assistant Campus Director who will translate our vision into every classroom, family conversation, and staff meeting. You are a hands-on leader with credibility from classroom experience, delivering clear communication and top-tier customer service to families.

You will support daily operations, coach teachers, help build learning plans compliant with guidelines, and recruit staff while maintaining a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• CDA credential is required.
• Love for children and ability to lead with credibility.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior classroom teaching experience.
• Understanding of child development and early education methods.
• Safety knowledge and pediatric First Aid/CPR certification.
• Ability to partner with families and community members.
• Willingness to step in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with the Campus Director absent.
• Coach and supervise teachers and support staff.
• Develop programs and learning plans meeting guidelines and family expectations.
• Review lesson plans and support instructional excellence.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, including background checks.
• Plan and deliver staff trainings and professional development.
• Step into classrooms to maintain ratios and support scholars.
• Communicate policies clearly to staff and families.
• Meet families to discuss scholar progress and contribute to newsletters.
