Sunrise Preschools is seeking an Assistant Director to oversee daily center operations, staff management, and administrative execution. You will ensure safety, licensing compliance, and high-quality family support while partnering with the Center Director.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in early childhood education or related field, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred) or related field.
• Business (or related field) background is acceptable.
• Meet or exceed State Assistant Director licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff scheduling and attendance records (ADP).
• Oversee daily center operations for safety and compliance.
• Maintain records and support administrative tasks.
• Support financial operations in partnership with Center Director.
• Assist with family tours and enrollment processes.
