Life Skills Autism Academy is seeking an Operations Director to lead center sales, daily business operations, and staffing with a focus on achieving full capacity and optimal operating model. You will oversee scheduling, BT deployment, training, and compliance, coordinating with Recruiting to meet BT needs.

The role emphasizes customer service, center maintenance, HR/compliance, and center growth, with a Bachelor’s or equivalent plus 4+ years in related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of customer service experience required.
• 5-8+ years of managing 20+ staff strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of sales experience preferred, with proven referrals and payor relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and champion LSAA’s growth.
• Conduct sales, marketing, and advertising to grow client base to full capacity.
• Assist clients and families through the intake process.
• Maintain communication with prospective clients on intake timing and expectations.
• Align resources to ensure rapid access to therapy for clients.
• Maintain a well-run, clean center meeting high standards of care.
• Manage schedules and operating metrics; coordinate with recruiting for staffing.
• Complete offboarding procedures for departing BTs.
