U‑Haul is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily center operations in the absence of the General Manager. You will guide a team to deliver exceptional customer care and maintain high service standards while handling miscellaneous tasks such as hitch installations.

The role offers exposure to ongoing training through U‑Haul University and opportunities for advancement. Applicants should be ready to work diverse shifts, possess a high school diploma, and have a clean driving record.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license with clean driving record.
• Leadership experience in any form.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.

Aufgaben

• Run daily operations of center in General Manager's absence.
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
• Manage and assign your team members to ensure that customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care.
• Miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U‑Haul education through U‑Haul University.
