U-Haul is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead day-to-day center operations and support the General Manager. You will guide a team to deliver excellent customer care and handle hands-on tasks such as hitch installation and equipment checks. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Leadership experience in any form.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations of the center in the General Manager’s absence.
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
• Manage and assign team members to ensure customers receive an excellent first impression and high quality of care.
• Miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
