Job summary

Acelero Learning is seeking an Assistant Center Director in Philadelphia to lead center operations, support teaching staff, and ensure compliance with Head Start standards and licensing. You will coach teachers, monitor program quality, and manage data entry and reporting across the center.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Early Childhood Certification or credits a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within first year.

Responsibilities

• Serves as an operational lead for the Center and Extended Day by providing ongoing support and direction.
• Ensures staff and center compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, licensing regulations, and center procedures.
• Works with teachers to implement the program curriculum with fidelity and use child outcomes data to plan and individualize.
• Provides coaching and feedback to teachers for quality improvement across roles and professional growth.
• Manages data entry, reporting, and monitoring per the Acelero Learning methodology.
