Qualifications

• BS/BA in Child Development or Early Childhood Education, or equivalent experience.
• Two years in early childhood education with supervision experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid trained or willing to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation across classrooms following NAEYC and culturally relevant guidelines.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance per government and agency standards.
• Supervise staff, coordinate center operations, and engage families in the program.
