Qualifications

• Preschool or childcare experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, flexible, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable supporting staff, working in classrooms, and handling office responsibilities.
• Ability to multitask and take initiative.
• Ability to leverage data to understand the business and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom management and coverage.
• Conduct classroom evaluations and ensure SOPs.
• Help train new staff and provide ongoing teacher support.
• Answer phones, assist families, and complete administrative tasks.
• Contact prospective families, follow up on enrollment leads, and schedule tours.
• Monitor classroom supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate supply orders.
• Assist with social media, school promotions, and events announcements.
• Monitor classroom safety, cleanliness, organization, and overall quality.
• Communicate concerns and updates to the Director.
