Job summary

DIGESTIVE ENDOSCOPY CENTER LLC is seeking a Full Time Center Administrator in Huber Heights, Ohio to oversee daily operations, staff and physician coordination on a Monday–Friday schedule. The role requires collaboration with Medical Directors, Board Members and the Director of Operations to ensure quality patient care and efficient center performance.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with 5+ years in healthcare management and 2–3 years in an ASC, plus CPR/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited College/University (Master’s Degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of healthcare-management experience.
• At least 2–3 years of ASC experience.
• RN License is Preferred.
• CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to multi–task effectively and efficiently.
• Respond to questions clearly and interact professionally in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Monitors operational activities for effective and efficient management of daily operations.
• Works collaboratively with Medical Directors, Board Members, Director of Operations and Clinical Director.
• Direct supervision of nursing and patient care.
• Oversees medical staff/allied health credentialing and human resources.
• Directs and participates in the center’s QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement).
• Manages services provided by contracted vendors.
• Develops, interprets, and implements policies, procedures, regulations, programs, and recommended practices to meet regulatory and accrediting requirements (infection control, environment of care, emergency preparedness).
• Monitors and analyzes monthly operating reports to promote cost containment and efficient use of Center resources.
