Job summary

Columbus Eye Surgery Center in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Full Time Center Administrator to oversee daily operations, staff and physicians Monday–Friday. The role demands strong healthcare-management experience and collaboration with directors to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College/University.
• 5+ years of healthcare-management experience.
• 2–3 years experience in an ASC.
• RN License is Preferred.
• BLS certification and ACLS certification.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitors operational activities for effective and efficient management of daily operations.
• Works collaboratively with Medical Directors, Board Members, Director of Operations and Clinical Director.
• Direct supervision of nursing and patient care.
• Oversees medical staff/allied health credentialing and human resources.
• Directs and participates in the Center’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee (QAPI).
• Manages services provided by contracted vendors.
• Develops, interprets, and implements policies, procedures, regulations, programs, and recommended practices to meet requirements of regulatory and accrediting organizations.
• Monitors and analyzes monthly operating report to promote cost containment and efficient use of Center’s resources.
