The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of healthcare-management experience, and ASC experience; RN license is preferred, with BLS/ACLS certifications. Competitive pay and benefits are included, with opportunity for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of healthcare-management experience.
• At least 2–3 years of ASC experience.
• RN license preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors operational activities for effective and efficient management of daily operations.
• Works collaboratively with Medical Directors, Board Members, Director of Operations and Clinical Director.
• Direct supervision of nursing and patient care.
• Oversees medical staff/allied health credentialing and human resources.
• Directs and participates in QAPI and quality improvement.
• Manages services provided by contracted vendors.
• Develops and implements policies, procedures, and regulatory programs.
• Monitors monthly operating reports to promote cost containment.
