CSL Plasma is seeking a Center Manager-in-Training to oversee the overall center operations in Las Vegas. You will ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory standards, and safety, while driving quality, efficiency, and profitability. The role includes supervising staff, HR tasks, and collaboration with QA to address audits.

You will also support marketing efforts and travel up to 10%. A base salary is posted with eligibility for an annual bonus; the compensation package reflects qualifications and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience is required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience overseeing a team.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with all SOPs and applicable regulations.
• Collect and analyze data to maintain center quality and profitability.
• Collaborate with center manager to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Develop corrective action plans with QA to address deficiencies.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and complete reporting.
